Returns & Exchanges

At Ridgeline, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the return label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
